1. Who We Are

TracThat LLC d/b/a SYDI ("SYDI," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company operating the SYDI personal AI assistant application and website located at sydi.ai. Questions about this Privacy Policy may be directed to info@tracthat.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use SYDI:

Information you provide directly:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Account password (stored using device-level encryption only — never on our servers in plain text)
• Personal preferences (dietary needs, quiet hours, health goals, grocery items)
• Inner Circle contacts (family members and friends you choose to add)
• Vehicle information, medical provider details, and service provider information you choose to enter

Information collected automatically:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data and session information
• Language and locale settings
• Voice commands and queries submitted to Skyler

Information from your device (with your permission):

• Contacts (to build your Inner Circle)
• Calendar (to manage your schedule)
• Location (to personalize local recommendations)
• Microphone (to enable voice commands)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the SYDI Service
• Personalize your experience with Skyler
• Send you reminders, alerts, and notifications you have requested
• Send you SMS messages as described in Section 5 below
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect the safety and security of our users

4. How We Store Your Information

Your personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Sensitive information such as your account password is stored exclusively using device-level secure storage (iOS Keychain on Apple devices, Android Keystore on Android devices) and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers in plain text.

Your profile information and preferences are stored in our secure CRM system and are used solely to power your SYDI experience. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.

5. SMS Communications and A2P Messaging

SYDI sends SMS text messages to the phone number you provide during onboarding. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from SYDI including:

• Welcome and onboarding messages
• Reminders and alerts you configure through the app
• Account and service notifications
• Feature updates and announcements

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely to deliver SYDI communications to you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We work with trusted third-party providers (such as AI processing, cloud storage, and payment processing) who access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
• Safety: We may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of SYDI, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Payment Information

SYDI never stores your credit card, debit card, or payment card numbers on our servers. All payment processing is handled through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other approved payment processors. Biometric authentication is required for all transactions. We receive only a transaction confirmation and do not have access to your full payment details.

8. Children's Privacy

SYDI is intended for users 18 years of age and older. Users between 13 and 17 may only use SYDI with explicit parental or guardian consent. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and all applicable 2026 state laws regarding minors' online safety, including requirements established by Apple App Store and Google Play Store platforms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at info@tracthat.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may update or correct your information through the Settings menu in the SYDI app.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at info@tracthat.com.
• Opt-out of SMS: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time.
• Device permissions: You may revoke app permissions (microphone, contacts, calendar, location) at any time through your device settings.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your device secure.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

SYDI and our website at sydi.ai use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. We may use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the website to function properly. These cannot be disabled as they are necessary for core site functionality.
• Analytics cookies: Used to understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve the user experience. Data collected is aggregated and anonymous.
• Performance cookies: Used to optimize site speed and overall user experience.

12. Third-Party Services

SYDI integrates with third-party AI and technology providers to deliver the Service. These providers include but may not be limited to OpenAI (for AI processing) and ElevenLabs (for voice synthesis). These providers have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We share only the minimum information necessary for them to provide their services.

13. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. 14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the SYDI app or by email. Your continued use of SYDI after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
